I was actively job searching in early 2026 — spending 3–4 hours a night on boards, tweaking the same resume for every role, filling the same form fields over and over. None of that work requires judgment. It just requires time you don't have.
So I built Scout to do it. It searches 40+ boards overnight, rewrites the relevant parts of your resume per role, and submits while you sleep. You wake up to a digest of what went out and what scored well — and spend your day preparing for conversations, not applications.

The Scout Plugin runs entirely on your computer. Your resume, contact details, and application history never go to our servers. Scout uses your internet connection to submit — that's it. Scout Web runs on our servers by design, but we never store or share your resume data.

Scout only searches platforms with verified employers and real listings. We skip any source full of fake or recycled jobs — because an application that doesn't reach a real human is worse than no application.
Scout searches 40+ sources simultaneously across 7 groups — Naukri (API), Indeed India, iimjobs, Hirist, LinkedIn (including Recommended and Top Applicant feeds), Wellfound, YC Jobs, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, Instahyre, Cutshort, Otta, and international boards in UAE, Singapore, UK, Germany, and the Netherlands. Group G also ingests iimjobs, Naukri, and Indeed job alert emails from Gmail — adding 20–50 curated, pre-matched roles per run.
